JOHN E. JONES - PRINCIPAL/DESIGNATED BROKER

As the founder of Triple J Properties John oversees the direction and investment strategies of the company. 
John is an experienced real estate professional with over eighteen years of experience in commercial and multifamily property management, asset management, and business management.  Over his career he has managed retail, industrial, office, medical office, multifamily, mixed use, and marinas throughout Seattle and the surrounding communities.  Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry John spent eleven years as a business manager, and project manager for a large variety of domestic and overseas projects. 
His expertise includes construction management, contract negotiations, budgeting, insurance procurement, leasing, accounting, client/tenant relations, maintenance management, financing, and pro-forma development. 
John has a BA degree in business management from Washington State University, is the holder of a Washington State Real Estate Broker License and is a graduate of the University of Washington Certificate Program in Commercial Real Estate. 
In his free time John enjoys travelling with his wife, boating, and working on classic cars.
